Weston Farm is a certified organic working farm sitting in 900 acres of pasture and moorland at the edge of the Pentland Hills. The18th century farmhouse has large, bright rooms filled with antiques, books, pictures, great beds, luxury linen and free WiFi. The warm, spacious bedrooms and classically styled private bathroom have fabulous views over the garden to the valley and hills beyond. Our guests have exclusive use of an entire wing or the house - two bedrooms, a rather grand sitting room with big tapestry sofas, roaring woodburner and smart TV and a dining room with refectory table, antique French chairs, old Spode china and mismatched silverware. Our food features our own certified organic beef and eggs, homegrown and homemade preserves and organic dairy products.
